Hello there! My name is Susan Greene. I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Nutrition Specialist. What really inspires me every day is helping my clients reach their personal health and fitness goals, whatever they may be. I have always been passionate about fitness throughout my life. However, when I turned 50, I realized that I needed to make some permanent lifestyle changes that would help me achieve my goal to become as fit and as healthy as I could be. I lost 50 pounds and have been able to maintain that through proper nutrition and a commitment to exercise. I have competed in seven half marathons throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I have run several marathons including the notorious Boston Marathon and this past September I completed my first century ride when I rode my bike from Boston to Newport Rhode Island. My role as a trainer is to teach people ways in which they can improve their overall health, achieve and maintain weight loss and improve their strength and balance. I am always accepting new clients. I offer one on one or small group training in a number of different ways. I have recently opened my own private studio in Hanover where I am able to provide training and coaching. I also offer inhome training or virtual training if that suites your needs.
With years of success and experience, I am able to analyze your movement, balance and flexability and create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you motivated and accountable so you can reach your goals.
A big component of a healthy lifestyle, is nutrition. As a certified Nutrition Specialist, I am able to give you the support and motivation you need to help you stay on track. Whether it is getting in a routine of keeping a food journal, encouragement, or just general suggestions of healthy food choices, I am there for you! I can help you with your weight loss management and we can work together to create healthy habits that you can maintain for the rest of your life.
I offer one on one training, either in Hanover in my private studio or in the privacy of your own home. I offer small group training as well. I incorporate strength training, high intensity interval training, cardio bursts, and core work to help you develop strong lean muscle and melt away body fat. Each time we meet I will have a personalized training plan prepared for you. Making the decision to CREATE CHANGE is the first step in the process of becoming fit, healthy and strong. I can help you with the rest of the process.
